Places to learn Unarmed skill

How many places can you improve your Unarmed skill? I know of Lucas (Arroyo), John (Klamath), Lo Pan and Dragon (San Fran), punching bags (Sierra A.D.), boxing champ (New Reno). Is there any other? I'm playing a new char, Jackie Chan, who will fight Unarmed only (of course, I will use the power fist. You don't expect me to punch through power armor with my bare hands, do you?).

Here are a few of my failed specialty chars:
Dirty Harry: used only the .44 magnum revolver. Killed too many times by big gunners.
Varmitnator: used only the Flamers and Improved Flamers, varmiter varitation. Never had enough ammo and killed too many times by snipers.
Arny Swartz: used only Miniguns. Never had enough ammo.
Bozario: used only the Bozar. Kicked some serious a-- until I ran out of ammo.
Lucky Dan: luck of 1. Got killed a lot until he found the pariah dog. Suprisingly successful after that. Lost the dog in Navarro and never recovered.
Pacifist: never killed anything (the posse did that for me), made it to the Oil Rig, kept getting killed by Frank Horrigan.

Yeah, I really like the role-playing portion of Fallout.

No, I believe you mentioned all of them.

Well actually, once you reach level 24 you can take the slayer perk, and with a high unarmed skill you can kill enclave troopers with your bare hands. Very fun to do, but challenging when there are more then three.
