quiet ways to kill in ew reno

ok, you can kill salvatores stealing his
oxigen tank, or replacing it with one with
poison... then wright - give a gun to one
of his kids and tell them to play with it
in front of daddy...
now the question - are there any other
interesting ways of killing new reno mobsters?
(don't say stimpack overdose and stuff like this)

O.k. to kill Bishop "quietly" is kind of tricky and you're probably going to need high charisma and speach to do it right.
If you do this right gonna get a nice prize too!

Save game to a new slot just in case your speech is too low so
you might try again later!

1)Talk to Mrs.Bishop and pump her for all the info you can BEFORE
you go upstairs with her.Make sure she tells you about Vault City.Then decline the drinks for now.Make sure that she says "the offer still stands",or something to that effect.If she says she will not speak to you again, then you'll know you've gotta build up your speech.

2)Now go see Mr.Bishop with Moore's briefcase and take the offer to kill Westin in NCR.Make sure you talk him into upping the price of your services too,at least $1000.

3)Go to NCR and speak to the sherrif about some honest work to get into Westins ranch.Once there you might as well make more money by telling the guy outside Westin's residence that the sherrif sent you and he'll tell you go see Westin.Tell Westin the sherrif sent you and do the quest of guarding the herd for him.Pay close attention to the box in the left-hand corner of your screen becuase you might get the option to follow the deathclaws back to Vault 13!

4)Return to Westin and tell him to post a man in his pasture and get paid for that.Now tell him Bishop sent you and he'll counter
Bishops offer by $500 to kill Bishop!

5)Leave Westin unharmed and return to New Reno for "drinks" with
Mrs.Bishop.After slipping her the tube-steak, engage in pillow talk and make sure to get her to tell you she is from Vault City
and she will tell you about the Pip Boy Speech Enhancer that is in a secret compartment in her safe.Keep talking to her and ask if she wants you to kill Bishop.If all is done correctly then it is just matter of using your repair skills on the safe in the back room.Leave the casino and you'll hear the BOOOOM when you get in the street below.You can get the contents of the safe after Bishop has had his "accident".

Ok, I've been wondering about that whole safe method. Which skill do you use on the safe: traps or repair? I've seen both mentioned. Also, how long do you have to wait before he goes BOOM!? (To quote Algeron)

I've never tried that method with the Wrights. I have had the kids all kill themselves when you hand them a gun, but never kill daddy.

If your going to just STEAL from that safe(the one in the back room)you have to use your traps skill.
On the other hand if you get the quest from Mrs.Bishop to kill her husband then you have to use your repair skill as I mentioned earlier.Using your repair skill on it without getting the quest does nothing.
As for the last part again like I mentioned earlier when you get outside the casino you will hear the tell-tale BOOOM!

Wow! That is something I did not know about. Now I'll have to repeat Fallout 2 again just to try that out. I love this game.
