Your help is needed on the main deck

Um i have a few problems with me game.

1st: Whenever i talk to the guy in the chop shop he doesn't have batteries and i never pissed him off so..

2nd: how do i attach the dynamite to the metal pole in the military base?

3rd: How do i upgrade my power armor to mark 2 so i can get it hardened.

I didn't know you could get your armor hardened. I found power armor mark 2 at the oil rig so you might check there.
 
Clearing Things Up

Normal power armor can be hardened, be the hubologist scientist. Advanced Power Armor cannot be hardened.
