I think Fallout was quite vague about 'Aliens' in the wasteland.

A crashed UFO with alien-like skeletons (which is in FO1) is *vague*?

That was a special encounter wasn't it? Don;t remember eve getting it.

Well, I was talking about non-special encouter-esque fallout canon, they leave aliens with a big question mark I think.

But I generally excuse encounters as non-cannon anyway, kind of like an advert
