FONV modding issues.. Help pls

First time out of the vault
Hello,
new to this board so don't know if this the right place to post this. I play FONV and use NMM to mod my game. Long story.... Game is heavily modded works fine and very stable until a few days ago when I decided to add more mods, mainly type3 body replacement mods, new quest mods like the Rockwell series, new followers besides Willow ,etc.... Now it has become unstable and CTD once in a while or big red exclamation points starts popping out ( I know this is probably caused by "invalidation" issues and that I know how to fix. It's not suppose to happen cause I always check to make sure but for some reAson, I get big red ! Symbols from time to time...) after installing new mods a few days ago... nevada skies have stopped working (I think cause no storms or rain in the past few game days) and no more sorting aid ( inventory sorting aid... Like before it showed Aid: buff out, now it just says Buffout) from project nevada... That disappeared as well... This is a new game from start. Funny, if I load an old lv 40 toon game, the inventory aid system is there... Game looks stable etc... Weird....

short version.
since I have no backup for the "vanilla" game which btw, I dl'ed from steam, I don't want to dl the client and redo everything cause the client dl takes forever. Can I just use NMM to uninstall everything (by clicking the back arrow and/or uncheck iang the plugin? and then reinstall them in the order Gopher describes in his tutorials? I learned to mod from Gopher vids so I guess one can't go wrong with that or is my only option is to erase every single thing from the ssd and reinstall?

help pls,
Pepper

Uninstall as many mods as you can, if the problem persis you'll have to redownload the game from scratch. The perils of modding a game too much.

It could also be a corrupted save file, it happens.

Edit: You can also try running BOSS or L.O.O.T. could be a load order error, also try making a merge patch too to see if if works.
