FOT - BOS Editor - Tilesets

What are tilesets and how do I load them? The entity editor works just fine as does the campaign editor but, I can't see any tiles listed on the left side. Now I know others have already made mods for this game. Why can't I load a tileset?
How come I can't see any tiles to work with? Even when I load a mission, the tiles are not on the left side! What am I doing wrong? What simple little thing am I missing?

Tilesets are groupings of tiles that you can arrange. I haven't really used them, I just pick each tile individually. Tiles won't be visible on the left side until you click on the Tile mode button on the top. Then the directory structure of the various tiles will show up on the left side. If you haven't unzipped the tiles, nothing will show up on the left side. To unzip the tiles use Winzip to explore the cd's and look for .bos files. I am not sure of the exact name of the files that have tiles, but you should be able to find them easy enough. Unzip them so they are in this directory: Fallout Tactics/core/tiles/
