Frank horrigan fight help.

dror

First time out of the vault
So I got the reactor meltdown to happen and now i am against frank horrigan, I reprogrammed the turrets to help me and they do but, There is an enclave patrol that wont let me pass and i heard you can presuade them to help you but its in CMBT mod so i cant even talk to them... But im trying to figure out if they are helping me or trying to kill me... Like first of all vic attacks me and the enclave team attacks the turrets and vic attacks the turrets too SO WHO IS WITH ME AND WHO IS NOT

If you reprogrammed the turrets, then combat mode will initiate when you step into the map, and you won't be able to talk to anybody. In order to talk to them, you need to leave the turrets hostile towards you.
It is possible Vic is attacking you, because the turrets are inadvertedly attacking him (aiming for Horrigan, hitting Vic), you've left him, and they "represent you" somehow, I don't know why this is happening.*
In order to persuade them to join your cause, you need a whole lotta luck (not necesarily high statistic, just... personal luck in life! :D) and high speech skill. Charisma should not matter much, because I am usually CH 4 or 5 when going there.

Either way, unless you've saved several steps of your progress in different slots, it seems you have taken on the full brunt of Horrigan, his guards AND Vic! :D
If you can, try to load a save where you did NOT re-program the turrets, and see if you are able to talk to them.

(Don't be too worried about the turrets. The only advantage they have is their number, as in, each turn there's a chance one of them gets a critical on you - which is the only way they'll ever damage you. Otherwise, they'll just tickle you and delay your efforts some)

*pure speculation on my part
I might also be wrong on some other details, but try without the turrets

Can you reprogramm the turrets to attack you? Anyway thank you so much for reply!

Eh, not if you have allready summoned Frank to the entrance. The computers on the other levels only count for those levels, so you want to reach the computers that are practically right in front of Frank, which will be unavailable because he will be trying to kill you :D

A pity you lose Vic in the process, but to be honest, I haven't managed to get useful reactions out of my companions there either. I've brought Sulik and left him in the entrance, and when battle begins, combat mode, I obviously can't talk to him to re-join me, and where I expected him to react to enemies, he just stood there doing nothing.
At least I was able to have him rejoin me after the battle, so I didn't lose him there

Yo thanks for the help! I killed the patrol and killed horrigan with the helps of turrets LUKCLY i could snipe hes eyes with a long range gauss... BUUT its a true shame I lost EVERY SINGLE follower I had because I left them in very first room of the oil rig the room before the frank fight so marcus vic and goris exploaded :(

I'm suspecting that the whole turret thing is more detrimental than helpful, in the end (they rarely if ever hurt him, they only buy you some time to fight Frank's guys, which, I guess, is good, you can - if you're REALLY efficient, down one of four, before Frank catches up with you :D ). I'm wondering if one could be able to talk to companions, and make them re-join if you place them near that entrance next to Frank's bodyguards, but again, I'm just speculating now. Theoretically, that way, you should be able to talk to them, just as you'd be able to talk to Frank's guys.
