Hi guys, i have this problem. I killed all raiders (except Smiling Jack) and set free all slaves. Then left this location. Now I want return to this location coz want trade with Smiling Jack. But game crashing if i use fast travel or if i go by foot (game crash when iam near around this location) Anyone know how fix this problem? Thx for reply.

Quite frankly no. And with no error message I don't think we can really help you - Fallout 3 is pretty plagued by crashes for a lot of people.
I think your best bet is just to avoid the location, sorry.

It does crash a lot. Also certain NVidia or ATI drivers misbehave with F3 even more.
While this may not be specific to your problem, but check you video drivers. I had upgraded mine to the latest 180.48 "stable" drivers a couple weeks ago and F3 crashed like every 5 minutes. I rolled back to the 178.24 release and my F3 ran smoothly again (*maybe* a crash every other day instead of several times in 30 minutes until I get frustrated and turn the damn thing off)
