Game keeps minimizing by itself - mod related?

So, recently (as in, today), my copy of FNV has decided to minimize itself for no reason repeatably.
As you can imagine, it gets really annoying, especially how it happens every 10-20 seconds or so.

Could a mod be doing this?

Mods I have installed :

Project Nevada (+ the patches)
DFB random encounters
JE Sawyer
A World of Pain
 
Sounds like it could be another program running in the background to me... I had a virus scanner doing that for a while. Maybe check if any other programs are running that could cause FNV to minimize?
 
Well, I went on a end task frenzy, and it works properly now.
Not sure what the offending program was though.

I suspect it was drop box, but I didn't have such a problem before with it.
