If you need any help with Broken Steel, GameBanshee offers a full walkthrough, list of perks, equipment database, etc. etc, as well as a 8.0 review of Broken Steel.
Overall, Broken Steel is a better value than either of the previous two DLC packs. It contains about the same amount of new content, as far as quests and items are concerned, but then it also adds in support for a higher level cap. I wasn’t thrilled with either addition, but they’re nice enough, and combined they make the Broken Steel DLC pack worthwhile.

I wouldn't agree with all their perk advices - they give grade D for Entomologist, and it makes the 1500 hp (the only enemy that has more hp is the Super Mutant Behemoth - 2000 hp) Albino Radscorpions, which are often encountered, much easier.

Also, they claim that "Unless it's an emergency, there's little reason to drink from irradiated water sources." - some (most?) irradiated water sources give better HP/Radiation ratio than food, and with the Infirmary radiation is not an issue. Anyway, I wouldn't choose Lead Belly, because I powerplay.

There are other perk ratings I wouldn't agree with them about, these are all I can remember.

Anyway, they provide nice information (though most of the things are on fallout wikia).
