Games Radar Loves the Story

I agree. But Fallout 1 has this REAL SHIT thing going on. Playing Fallout 1 is like going camping. Inside a volcano. With Velociraptors.
What means that it's sometimes more fun to do it the hard way for the sakes of something that'll compensate the extra time you spend on tinkering with the inventory or retarded NPC subhuman slaves.

Talking Deathclaws on a <strike>plane</strike> Vault 13, IRL weapons which suck and too-much-pop-reference killed Fallout 2 for a looong loooooong time. I need at least 10 F1 replays to forget about how boring Fallout 2 was.

I wouldn't call Fallout 2 "Boring" It was great, as far as Video Games, and RPGs go. I agree that the team went a little overboard with some of the elements(For example, the blatant Chuck Stodgers reference[Its like they werent even trying anymore] and the talking plant(a little better, but not by much))

The weapons progression was a little unbalanced, but nothing too bad.

Amen.
