In other news, inXile Entertainment, the company of former Interplay head honcho Brian Fargo, has an update on the frontpage announcing they're currently working on a "Next gen action adventure game" as well as a Nintendo DS game.
RPGWatch speculates that this means an upcoming Wasteland is unlikely. Wasteland is, of course, Fallout's ancestor, to which Brian Fargo (who also worked on the original game) is rumoured to have acquired the rights some time ago. Some fans of Wasteland were hoping for a new game in the series from inXile, but it doesn't look to likely.
We'll keep you posted if more news follows.
