Good games similar to Mass Effect?

I am looking for good three-dimensional computer RPGs to play. I like the old Fallouts, but 3d has some advantages in atmosphere and interface. I have laid my hands on Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3, but do not want to replay them. I have heard about KOTOR and Deus Ex so far. What are some others?

There's The Outer Worlds and the upcoming Avowed by Obsidian (has some of the old Fallout people working on it)
But give KOTOR a shot its great, Vampire: Bloodlines as well. Go for the community patches

Dragon Age obviously. I only played the first one and it was.....ok...idk it was like 15 years ago at this point or something.

You can't go wrong with the Witcher trilogy, all three games have their qualities. I played them back to back during 2020 and remember it fondly. Especially 3, the ending was just perfect.

Most Bioware games prior to 2015 would scratch that itch, but I would specifically recommend KOTOR 1 and 2. Make sure you install get the restored mod for KOTOR 2 though. KOTOR 2 vanilla is still a really good game, but the restored content mod makes it SO much better.
