Greyed out pause menu. (NV)

Recently I'm having a problem with New Vegas, when I go to the pause menu every option is greyed out and none of them works if clicked (except The Mod Configuration Menu).

Originally I tough that the problem were my hud mods but after hours trying I couldn't found a conflict (FNVedit found nothing), my second option was that I passed the mod limit (is not the first time) with my 143 mods, lowered the number to 133 and the problem still persists.

Well, you could try to disable all mods and see the problem still exists. If not, then activate half of the mods. Then half of the not activated ones, then again half of the not activated ones, etc. till the Problem is gone. Personally, I would start with the HUD mods and then see what happens.

The Mod Configuration Menu was the problem, even when put at the bottom on the list the problem still persisted. Download a patch that I probably missed in the first time and everything works well.
