The deathclaw doesn't look right, but the rest is pretty good. Except... does he have fangs or tusks? Whatever they are, they don't fit well at all.
Other nitpicks: I swear I can see a contourline for his knee on his left leg facing somewhat outward, however that foot is completely sideways. Also, combat boots have far thicker soles than that with a clearly-defined heel in the sole. The facing of the bottom of the right-handed pistol's grip is also off.

Background. Try toning down your drawing's background, so it doesn't steal all your light and shadings from the character. Example:
See? Looks better already. After that, try playing a bit more with the character's own shading:
'ere, an extra 5 minutes' work makes the thing look more coherent. Also, you don't have to contour the whole drawing with a continuous line. The areas with less contrast to their surroundings should have a more delicate, if any, outline.
