Hakunin's accent

Hey everybody.

I really like the way Hakunin talks, but can't seem to place his accent anywhere. Doesn't seem Native American or tribal African to me. Is it made up? Any ideas?

Its probably some made up accent made to sound like some exotic tribal guy.

It sounds familiar, but I can't quite place it. As you said, it's entirely possible that that's the point. There's definitely an element of British in it, though; it sounds vaguely colonialized.
