Help! Fallout Tactics Trouble..

How on earth do you PAUSE? Reading the keyhelp, it leads me to believe there's supposed to be a pause button on the interface, but I cannot spot it.. Why couldn't they simply leave it as Space Bar, hmm? Why did they have to change it? Space Bar is the IDEAL pause key. So large and easy to jab in a panic. If I can't pause, I can't play!

Yet, a pause feature is refered to in the Key Help.. So what's going on? If I truly cannot pause, then I am extremely unhappy.

Dammit. I was looking forward to this, too.
 
I could give a flying rat's ass about the real time mode of this game, pause or not. If I wanted a game like that, I'd have picked up IWD or BG2.

The really sad thing is, the game is called "Fallout Tactics". With a name like that, the real time mode should be the afterthought, not the turn based mode. The way the demo plays, I think it would be renamed, "Fallout's Gate: A Post Nuclear Shadow of Amn" because once you have that pause mode working, it's going to be nothing more than Baldur's Gate in the Fallout universe.

And yeah, they left out the pause mode because they didn't have enough time to put it in the demo, supposedly.
 
The Pause Key is the Pause Key

You people should read the "Readme" file more carefully. The pause key IS the "Pause|Break" key. LOL :) You know the one on the top right hand corner of the keyboard, next to the "Scroll Lock" key.
Not that the button does any good. Press it and it just pauses the game similar to pausing in Tetris. You CAN't select a character much less command them. Hell, the only usefully time I've gained from pausing the game was from viewing the PIP Boy, and that DIDN'T require the pause button.
