i got two questions:

1. how do i get the sierra army base of my map, what do i have to do and were( explain fully please!!!!!!!)
2. were are the parts for the tanker in San Fransisco, ive got the nav com parts and have pumped fuel to it, the captain mentioned something about the enclaves base?!?!
