Help with "Oh My Papa"

I've made all advisors agree with me, and spoken to the Papa Khan, who has agreed to break connections with Caesar's Legion. Now the quest tells me to see Regis about the NCR. I do the that, quest point is completed, yet the quest stays with no new objectives.

This is quite a huge deal, 'cause I can't complete For the Republic 2 (the part where I have to enlist the khans) without completing Oh My Papa, I suspect.

I could kill them all, but that would be a forced work-around, so I'd really like some help.

Sounds like a glitch. What did you do about Karl?

The Vault mentions this glitch:

If you use speech to discredit Karl or convince Papa once the four Khans agree to break away from Caesar, you will be unable to complete the mission, and For The Republic II, it will say you've killed all the Great Khans.

def sounds like a bug, if you have not delivered the slave ledger you can attempt doing that...see if that fixes it
