High Resolution Patch Running Slow

I deleted a 128MB file on the desktop and now it works wtf.

Common error. Odd that it didn't happen initially, but others have experienced this as well.

(Insufficient Disk Space Error)

EDIT:
Are you sure you actually don't have low disk space?

I got it to work but this is a brand new laptop lol only 20GBs used out of 250.
