How do I get this page to work?

Okay, so this goes like this:

for some extra studies that I am doing, I need to work with this program called OTIS - The Virtual Patient. The professor gave me a link as well: www.innoforce.com

But for some stupid reason my pc doesn't want to open that page. I told some of the other students, but they have no problem with it.

First I thought it was my old IE malfunctioning, but then I went to my gf's appartment and used her brandnew laptop with Vista and Mozilla and whatever the fuck, and lo and behold! IT DOESN'T WORK THERE EITHER. Yet it works perfectly on my sister's comp as well, but she's in Ostend so I can't really go there, like, right the fuck now.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a Firewall thing? Gawd... I have AVG (my gf does as well), but I dunno anything about those things.

Please help. It's fucking urgent.

I doesn't... :(

I did what you said, Sander, but it doesn't help.

Just out of curiosity: can you open that page? Trust me: it's legit, it's not some crappy site, I just want to know if I'm the only one who can't open it... :(

What would be the best browser (also: easiest to install) to have another try with?

I have no problem opening it.

If you've already tried IE and Firefox, you could try Google Chrome.

If you only need the Virtual Patient thingie, this is the link to the installer.

Thanks, Sander, really thanks, but it just doesn't work.

I installed Chrome and Opera and it just doesn't open. It's ridiculous. Even that link to the exe file doesn't work. :(

Could this be caused by my internet provider (me and my gf have the same one)?

Yes. Could be that their DNS is fucking things up.
Try this link instead: http://85.10.192.3/
Or, if you only need the file: http://85.10.192.3/downloads/Otis_the_virtual_patient.exe

If that still doesn't work, let me know, I'll upload the file for you someplace else.

Works for me with Google Chrome. Maybe it's a Java or Flash thing? I've had these problems before, with other pages.

Are you studying to become a nurse, alec? :D

Heh. Audiology. I'm really interested in speech and speech/hearing disorders, working with language on a dialy basis.

Check you pm's please, Sander.
