How do i uncap Special attributes?

So, i'm playing Fallout 3 right now and i understand that the Special attributes max out at 10. However i would like to change this for personal reasons and i want them cap at 15, but i cannot find ANY mod that does this and it's driving me nuts. How can something that's so simple is not possible? I tried using the FO3Edit program, but i couldn't find anything related to the Special stats there, so any help would be appreciated. How do i make them cap at 15?


Also not a single respec mod for Fallout 3. Why?

God knows why~ F3 modders seem to all leave and the few left mostly work in FNV, sometimes return for a while. I dont expect you can find one to make that mod for you. Or even backport this one

Limitless Stats in FNV

As it require code in nvse. If you want to backport it you need guys understand the equivalent for nvse in F3.
