I'd recommend spending some time reading Youtube comments and once you've got a general idea of the kinds of things people might say when discussing a piece of content you should take your show on the road and comment everywhere possible.
I recommend videos about racism or wars.
Pretty much any video with Barack Obama in it would be a good example of interesting yet civil discourse.
