How do you like your eggs?

As a cooking ingredient for something else.

I don't like eggs on their own, though I don't particularly dislike them. If offered a choice though, I'll have something else. If I must have eggs, I prefer them sunny side up, plain (well... salt and pepper, but I usually don't count minor condiments).

This thread reminds of Psychosniper, in its special way.
 
Eggs are one of those things that truly amaze me. They're a complete meal encased in some calcium, which can be prepared in hundreds of ways. Nature's idea of fast food. Eggs are truly brilliant things.

Also, on a side note, after you eat your eggs, you can crunch up the shells and use them as fertilizer in your flower garden.

Or your Mom's or Wife's flower garden is what I meant to say. :oops: :?
 
French toast is the food of the gods. It's ridiculously easy to make good ones, the ingredients are cheap, and they taste good.

Well, ok, even though I haven't had a french toast in many years.. And in pasta of course, I eat quite a bit of pasta.
 
You guys had to make me go make an omlette sandwhich with soy sauce.

Well, this is what I get for reading threads while hungry anyway. :\

As for the eggs, I prefer them either scrambled (with bacon) or sunny side up.

D'know, I just had to look up excunctly what French Toast is. We always called it Eggy Bread (or *gasp* Eggy Toast) 'round my end. Curses to the lack of imagination in Yorkshire. We could name our foods after random countries, but nooo. We have to actually describe them.

Anyway,

I tend to fry them to near blackness on both sides (raw yolk makes me gip) or scramble them with pepper.

Sometimes I have Egg Mayonaise (with pepper and Chilli sauce), Omelette (usually with cheese and peppers, sometimes mushrooms and always HP sauce) oh, and sometimes Eggy Bread, again with pepper and HP sauce.
