How to download Tactics campaigns and play them?

First time out of the vault
Ok, I could really use some help here.
I've downloaded a few Tactics campaigns created by Fallout fans, but I don't know in what directory I should unzip them in.
I've downloaded 'Jailbreak', but can't play it, because it can't find some kind of file.

So, in what directory should I unzip these campaigns?
