How to use the Flint to sharpen the spear in F2?

Didn't know that was a thing tbh.
Put spear on ground, hold mouse button, select inventory, use flint?

Alternatively equip spear, hold mouse button on flint and then see if there is a use hand icon and see what it does.

Both I tried I get only drop or take item. And the watch it symbol. No option to use it.


If I click on the main character and choose the binoculars symbol, I found the Mr. Fixit menu. I can choose the sharpened spear, but can only go back or chose exit.

I guess I am wrong here. I use a megamod. I only asked here, because I wanted to find out how to do it at all.

Not sure about megamod but in vanilla you can’t do it yourself, you have to get whatshisname guarding the bridge to do it for you. And also you need high enough perception to notice his spear is sharpened at all.

Correct, if you dont get the dialouge on the bridge, you wont be getting a sharpened spear at the start.

Hello,

With megamod you have to right-click on your character, select binoculars, a fixit menu will appear, and then you need to have at least the requirements on the left (for sharpened spear, you need to have 40 in melee and throwing)
When shaman quest is completed, you can craft some supplementary items here.

From what I remember, it’s a simple ”use item” command in inventory.
