I can't download files

First time out of the vault
A new window always pops up with "Slow down,you're trying to download files too fast...." and when i wait and try again,it just resets and says to wait an other minute.

Describe your problem in more detail, what, who, where, when.
 
Seems like Atomicgamers is closing down, so every file hosted there is inaccessible and will be lost, for example some Fallout 1 patches and mods...

So please put those files on some other host, them are becoming pretty rare
