Usually when you apologise:

I find a severe lacking of such in the above post.
Furthermore....
>#1 I had just read those posts of u guys bitching out the kid that posted in the wrong room, then i read this post and thought, what the hell? this has NOTHING to do with fallout AT ALL and you give him your sympathies? at least the other guy's post had something to do with fallout! (I don't have that mentality anymore)
What has a LOT of these topics to do with Fallout? Why did you pick THIS one, of all the ones, to jump on?
>#2 Since this *is* a Fallout site, I assumed that the general discussion would focus around general fallout-related topics. I was not under the impression that ANYTHING could be posted here.
>Anyway, my point was only that it seemed a little weird to me that a kid that just wants some questions answered gets bitched out (I mean seriously bitched out), and then Shadowman comes along yappin' about his dog and he gets everyone's sympathies. It sounded weird at the time.

>Plus, I am a half-assed newbie and I dont know who's in charge here and who's not a newbie, so I just thought it was some pathetic loser lookin for a few "I'm sorry"s. *obviously* I was wrong. Sorry....thats all i have to say
Well, it wasn't. See that little blue icon? That's an admin/moderator marker. Since you reek of Netnewbie, I suggest strongly that you find a Nettiquette guide somewhere, and do some heavy reading. It's a good idea to lurk around and get a feel of who is who, and if someone is in charge or admin, keep that safely in mind. I would have chewed the same if it was anyone else on this board and you did the same to them. In any case, ask if something is good or not. Many times, most will be more than helpful to point out what is kosher and what is not. Attaching a gripe after someone's obvious state of grief is *very* bad timing, and quite rude.
