To make it short: one of my old collegue suddenly called me. Asked me out. When I was there, she started to bombared me with it. Persuading me to join them. And I refused. For the next 2 weeks she kept chasing me and I kept refusing. Then she disappeared.

So today I try to call her but she never picked-up the phone. Guess I lost a friend again.

Know what, they have all the solutions. Borrow from your mother. Borrow from your relative, don't think twice of getting the cash advance from credit card. Don't bother in any accessement. There's only one way, just do it. Did they even know what is the fallout rate? What is the failing rate?

Me don't understand complete fully, but me does see connection with Fallout. Me clever.

This some sort of sect or something? If it isn't: your friend is stupid for dumping you. If it is: your friend is stupid for dumping you as well.

It's all about the money, ain't it?

how exactly do you loose friends to a parfum bottle with a fuse on top?

anyhow, those sites are moronic, they might actually reach someone if they were first to explain the problem.

from all the drama i can only surmise it's a pyramid scheme with those stupid parfum bottles...

I think it's your friend who's crazy in this story, not the site.

My advice; pretend you joined them, have sex with her than dump her.

From what I've read, the problem is as follows:
Lampe-Berger is some weird perfume that is using mostly person-to-person sales to generate income, not through stores.
This means that people buy perfume from them in mass-quantities and then re-sell them. Now, this is quite acceptable. However, the problem is that a lot of morons are participating. They are buying a lot, and then need to sell at a higher price than they bought it for in an already crowded market. Of course, this leaves a lot of people with large quantities of perfume they cannot unload.
Then there's also the problem that it's also seen as a 'get rich quick' scheme, which it obviously isn't, since it requires hard work to sell large quantities on a crowded market.
