Well, i was going through the complete list of items in the fallout game... and i came across an item called

"Cats paw issue #5"

Is this something that was made and didnt get put in the game? or is it in the game.. if so i'd like to know where to find it =D

(also, i'd like to know a complete list of all 10 cats paw magazines, i have 6)


Also: where do you get the pipboy lingual enhancer and the pip boy medical enhancer?
 
You get the lingual enhancer from Angela Bishop after sleeping with her if you her ask about V.C. or the way she talks, can't remember which. Never got the medical enhancer.

You get the medicall enhancer from Renesco in New Reno. You have to give him a pair of glasses (the intelligent Radscorpion in Broken Hills is wearing them), but it's tricky. I don't remember correctly, but I think you can't accept the reward he'll offer you, and then, every time you speak to him, you have to ask him about the glasses and if he is seeing better now. I think you have to ask him like ten times and then he'll give you the medical enhancer. Better save your game before you try. I only got it once.
 
10 cats paw gets you #5 from the Madam at the Cats Paw (the happy whore house in Reno). This gives you a bonus to your energy weapons skills.
 
You have to ask Renesco twenty times to get the medical enchancer. And to get the lingual enchancer you have to sleep with Bishop's wife, not his daughter (Angela).
