If the Chtorr invaded the Fallout world would Mr House be able to compete against it?

My general question is that if the Chtorr invaded the Fallout world, would Mr. House be able to compete against the ecology using his Mark II missile robots and other electronics he uses as his body or no?

The Chtorr afaik is essentially a superorganism composed of a variety of different natural organisms that are mostly either vicious/hostile or serve as gears in conjunction with the other layers of the ecology.

He would probably treat it like an invading organism instead of an army and instead decide to use a biological countermeasure like says a gene tailored virus or poison.

Would he be able to do it though is the question. The Chtorr are very adaptable to that sort of thing iirc and also have you read the Chtorr series before or no? I'm curious if anybody else has considering Chris was influenced by the Chtorr author's work and stuff
