I don't know how much that must cost, but I'm certain that even at it's most expensive the richest could afford it...

So if lots of money can let you fly through the air all we need is some functional "power suit" that would protect you and increase your strength.

I know from other threads that those are somewhat far along in development...so...

In ten years expect to hear stories about reclusive millionaires posing as superheroes.

he's been doing the freefall powered glides for years now. the addition of yets is pretty kickass. :)
 
He has to be dropped from an airplane. More fuel would mean more weight. The only thing he could do is jump from a higher place...

Now we both know that isn't true. I seriously doubt he would be unable to develop a larger fuel tank, along with possibly larger wings while streamlining the rest of the device so that it becomes less wind resistant and more efficient.

All he'd need is time and money.
