What is the connection between RemStream and Toshiba? I thought you said a new cable modem manufacturer, i.e., RemStream, had entered the market??

There is technically no connection. Remstream is its own new company. I believe I've heard that some of the folks at its core used to work for Toshiba. That for me, gives a bit more of a solid background. I've corrected my post above so it does not mention that.
