IPLY the shell

also heard from several sources that he is opening up a very small office space in Newport Beach for the sole purpose of meeting clients.

Hey, Lets all go and "meet" him then :P

Herve won't win any Nobel but I'm sure some Darwin award waits for him already. He just succesfuly eliminated himself from the evolution chain and made sure his stupidity wont spread. Costs were high but it definitly deserves a prize.

Sandcastles

There once was a fantastic sandcastle -- magnificent, it was, there on the beach, it's sanded spires stretching out a most majestic fashion.

One day, this rotting festering CUNT of a man came and vomited all over it, belly-flopping his sweaty blubbering bulk right down on top of it, and reducing a symbol of prestige into a pathetic pile of piss-wet sand.

The sandcastle was/is named Interplay. You can certainly guess who the defiler is.

Ooh! Ooh! Ooh!
It's Herve, right? Right?

Do I get a prize now or something?

Oh, I'm sure that there are a line of folks waiting to nail Fifi to the wall.

You've already had the state shut them down once.

Now it's more than just the state of California. The frequent SEC filing irregularities (which raises a red flag), coupled with employees not being paid (another red flag), and then add on top of the way the company is being run into the ground at the expense of investors and his blatant dishonesty to the investors (red flag, warning klaxons, bells, whistles, etc.), and the fact that he's turned the company into his personal piggy bank under the guise of "fat monthly paycheck for the CEO"...seriously, Fifi, bend over and get ready for the Federal assrape.

Good point about all the red flags Rosh.

Just remember, Federal aginces like the SEC dont always use normal logic.

Though I'd be happy if they ripped a new one for Herve.

Oh trust me, the SEC is going to be looking at Interplay/Titus with a fined tooth comb, especially with all the employee reimbursement shenanigans going on lately, plus the income tax payments not being made, plus the late, late, late filings.

Herve's going to be in for a world of hurt.

The IRS had Interplay red-flagged for awhile (not sure if anything Fifi might have paid them back has unflagged them, I might have to check on this). I was hoping that they would have started on them first, because after that every Federal agency that is bored and with jurisdiction relevance will jump up and chew their own share.

Still, when employees are not getting paid and the CEO is chuckling like a fat cat, that is much worse to some agencies and they will likely take a look into matters if Fifi keeps this up.
