Is the presidential suite mine FOREVER? *SPOILERS*

First time out of the vault
So I killed everyone in the fort and freed benny, And I have tons of valuable weapons that I dont wanna take with me or sell, And I was wondering can I store them in lucky 38s presidential suite and just leave them there will I always have access?

Novac's motel room you can get is a safe storage and far more convenient to use than Lucky 38.
Just saying.

You could always drop a couple of misc items and put some in containers then travel away from there use the wait feature for 4 ingame days and then go back and see if it is safe.
 
I'm pretty sure the Lucky 38 is safe storage. There wouldn't be much point to all the upgrades you can get for it if it wasn't.
 
There are 8 permanent houses you can unlock in the game: Lucky 38's Suite, Benny's Suite depending on how you do his quest, the Vault 21 Suite by doing the owner's quest, the Novac hotel room (there are multiple ways to obtain this one), the Atomic Wrangler suite (after finishing all the quests for the female Garret), and the 3 casinos on the Strip all have a house you can stay in if you can manage to rack up enough money in the casino to obtain the suite keys.

Just to add to what was said by the others.
If you have the OWB DLC, the Sink is quite a nice player's house.
 
The sink will always be my favorite house not even just because (Spoilers I guess) the evil toaster or muggy.
