Is there a "Skynet holster" mod for Fallout 2?

By that I mean I'd like to know if a mod makes it so that Skynet doesn't always have it's weapon equipped. If Skynet is in the party while you go somewhere, people will treat you as if you have a gun pointed at them. It's kind of annoying.

You can just tell it to put away its weapon in the dialog.
"What weapons can you use?" -> "Put away your weapon."
