Is there a way to run this windowed like with Fallout 2?

So I downloaded Tactics awhile ago from GoG back when they were offering all 3 of them for free--1, 2, and Tactics. Now I'm wondering if I can run Fallout Tactics in windowed mode? I have been trying to find a way to do this, but in the video configuration options, I don't yet see anything, and I'm not techy enough to know what I'm looking for in any of the files. Rather than risk screwing something up, I thought I'd ask you fine experts :P

Hey, any modders out there want to take on the project? :P :P FO2 had no windowed mode either before modders got ahold of it xD
 
Lol, I've been working on a windowed patch for some time, last year i stopped working on the patch because my computer decided it was going to crap out on me.
Didn't get that far the first time but me and Noah.Klabo will start working on the project again, give it another shot.
 
Hey awesome! If I'm not in Basic Training by the time you guys get the patch up, I'd love to test it for ya :)
 
So far: I can get it windowed fine but the ability to move is extreamly limited, but it works and is completely playable, here is a video test of a plugin running in the Mod Launcher that makes the original/modded/broken version of the Enclave mod i had floating around on my backup drives. (I guess i forgot to update that backup :P should of tested it before making the video.)
