Cause I need some sings and railtraks and a few other stuff for my
expanding mod...

Use scenery from Fallout Tactics

To unzip change files extension from .bos to .zip and use:
spr2frm
sprconv
Red! viewer

Spr2Frm is just a batch file that runs the following programs. I only wrote the batch file to convert critters not scenery.

Just use spr2gif and from there use gif2frm (or frame aniamator)
