yeah, must puppets in the Madam Tussaud museum are Dutch celbs (like Royal family, t.v. starts ect.), not very interesting when you're from Chile i assume :D

and yeah, Madurodam is alright, went there alot as a kid. there just isn't that much sight-seeing in The Netherlands. and it's beautifull...hmn,,,i wouldn't say so, but the grass is always greener....

errr consider i'm from chile, a country where many beautiful things are f*cked up by some (a lot really) of pseudopunks idiots who love to screw all up

and it was green! damn i love forests, grass and green stuff, that's why i loved the netherlands, and also belgium is a very nice country..... i wish time goes faster, to be a doctor and try to go work out there.... well dreams are free!

hey i just remembered the store where i bough my MD portable recorder for just $350...(your currency, in spanish is "florines")

the store was about 6 floor, and there was a square with some sort of monument to the soldiers of WWII, near there was the palace.... that was in amsterdam... but i completely forgot the store name, it had a yellow simbol with big black letters on it....

another thingie that got me impressed.... many dutchs speak english..... even that taxi driver! i couldn't believe, in that trip, i went also to italy and israel, and try to speak 'em in english! nor mention french or spanish!! (allright, it was those trips to "holy land" with a lot of old ladies, my mom and of course his slave, that's right, ME!)

While you're on teh topic of the Netherlands, I'm going there on a filed trip with my classe in like february, and I', wondering if cds are cheap? Because there's just so many great metal groups , and the cds are WAY WAY overpriced in Norway....

well...here too :D a CD is about 20/25 f'ing Euro's! no wonder almost all of my CD's are 'aquired' in ways that may, or may not, be legal in this or other countries (yes, i download them).

and why go to The Netherlands? it's a country, slowly turning into one, big city (city are getting bigger and are slowly gaining on eachother) or we get swallowed by the sea, if the ice-capes melt.

phaahahahaa...rahrahrah.....
i think this is the funniest topic of the forum :D
i dont know why... but i really laugh people's photos....
i cant stop laughing...

allright... guys all of you are really coool...
i am serious about this...
but photos show people silly....

Flat, guarding a golf course for eight hours must suck.... :P :P

I bet that rake gave you a pretty good fight, you just had to go all out and end its life with a few 5.56's... :P You evil soldier, you!

I understand though, gotta watch out for incoming golf balls, I heard those things can place a 6" hole through the hull of an M1.

I hope within my four years in the Corps I get to guard an Ice Cream truck or a Water Park...

Mohrg

Actually we did have a water park on Fort Sam Houston, but the Golf Course had a gate that led outside the Post, so I had to work gate guard a few times during Operation Iraqi Freedom because we were on higher-alert and that crap.

I felt kind of bad, really, my job was to pretty much hold old-veterans (pretty much the only people who used the golf course) at gunpoint while the sergeant of the guard checked their ID and searched their car.

Damn damn damn damn, i actually thought i had a picture of me on the net now, and then it turns out that it is the one where i´m wearing a full diving equipment.

Funny, the similarity is uncanny...

Can we call you San-doch or Murd-er than?

The thought occured to me. Murdoch is fine though, thanks. :D :silly: :ugly:

emoticons are cool

They sure were. They spawned behind me while taking the picture. One second later and you would have seen me grap my BFG fragging those bastards.
