Perhaps you are wondering why this thread is in General Gaming? Well, John Kerry has earned himself an apperence in a game.

I don't know, but I do know that you can abandon your shipmates to uncertain fate to chase enemies on shore for greater personal glory, just like Kerry did...

Maybe but it's a hell of a lot closer than Dubbuya, who had to get daddy's connections to put him in the Air National Guard, and even that he couldn't do right.

That's not fair. Dubbuya actually got closer, in one of his drug induced fantasies.

That's not fair, Dubya served all that was required of him and nothing more, just like today (all he has to do is read speeches, not even make decisions).

I very much dislike people who ran from service actively by way of birthright. Yet another reason I can be a republican, I dislike benefits by birthright!
 
well all i can say is that his camp must have thought about sight response. if enough people play that game they will come to asociate his image with an idiot who gets in your way while fighting or a piece of cannon fodder. either way they may get a better response from 18 to 35 year olds off the image.
 
I'm confused Killa. Do you think it was just luck that Dubbuya was able to get into the Air National Guard over a list of thousands of more qualified people. Don't forget, Bush might have gotten into Yale as a legacy, but he's still a dumbass who spent most of his time drunk or stoned.

And if you are against birthrights, than how can you support Dubbuya, a guy who only got the job because his father was president. The guy only discovered politics after he failed in business (and the irony of that considered his public record is hardly surprising).

Oh and before that, not only did his grandfather have big business ties, but he even had ties to Nazis.

Ya know what, I'm going to be honest with you. If at anytime my life is at risk in a combat situation regardless of the enemy its going to be me that is walking away.

according to the site, you play as kerry, so you won't be able to shoot at him, unless suicide is an option. "OMG look at me, mom! I'm shooting a presidential candidate!"

If you were nearly killed by the last 12 year old dressed in an oily loin cloth with 50 kg of explosives strapped to his/her chest that wandered into camp, I defy you to not think about pulling the trigger the next time a child wanders close. I apologize for what was an "Oh yeah?" response, but people who get all high-and-mighty like that and accuse ANY soldier who is just trying to stay alive of gratuitous murder need to be thrown into the jungles of Vietnam for a few years. I think the US is grossly misusing the military (and they've been doing it since long before WWII) but there's a line between that and wanting my friends and brother to come back in one piece.

Anywho, that was WAAY OT. I think the introduction of real people into any video game kind of ruins the mood of playing a video game. Playing video games is a way of stepping out of the real world for a moment (for me, anyway), and putting the real world in a video game puts it at cross purposes.
