Just wanted to remind everyone of the great logic in Fallout 3

I can explain the one about shoot and turns to dust, but their clothes are still in tact - the wasteland is a really dry place, and there's not enough lotion to go around. Ergo, their clothes remain while their dry skin decomposes.
 
Just that nobody ever said Fo1/2 had deep tactical combat. :>

Actually, Fallout 1/2 have awesome fucking tactical combat. Enemies can run out of ammo. In Fallout three you fight somebody for ten minutes, and pick up 10 bullets on them.

Enemies in Fallout 1 and 2 will run from you when they know they're about to die. Enemies in Fallout 1 and 2 actually make coordinated attacks, they don't just attack the first person (your or your companion) they see. The NPC figures out which person he would be better suited to fight.
