Maybe because it says "Motorcycles" and he seems like a Mechanic VaultBoy?

I am pretty sure Bethesda will be on it as this does seem like violating the Fallout IP.
Not sure though, best ask Tagaziel as he knows more about copyright law than I do but I think its blatant that this is a copy of the Vault Boy.

I am a Fallout fan but I see no reason to do Bethesda a favor.
