Karma-perks?

What kind of karma-perks is it possible to get? How do I get these and what effects to they have?
Im thinking about karma-stats such as prizefighter, pornstar, champion, gravedigger, gigolo, married, berserker and such.

I got Berserker-karma-perk some years ago but I dont remember how I got it.
I just killed everything alive in ghostfarm, Gecko, the sqat and I was about to also kill everyone in Modoc when I started getting doubt if I were doing the right thing. I must have killed a hundred innocent people but I still dont have the berserker..
And, how do I get Autodoc-incresed-hitpoints perk?
