Honestly, it's been like...11 months since the last fan art roundup?

'bout time we did another...

Obviously we're going to be a bit more succinct this time around than we usually are, so here's a quick run-through as we pick this feature back up...

defonten couldn't help make the news again with Brand New Reno (remember you can win this one, amongst other, as a prize):

Dominus gave us this "tribute to Van Buren".
<center>
</center>
daKaktus dragged in these two really neat Vault Boy flyers
<center>
</center>
petrovi4 brought us this piece
<center>
</center>
brut has been bringing us art from his people
<center>

</center>
And finally, Wooz has just been doing what he's always doing, which is this...

Great stuff, guys. Here's to hoping the future will bring us more regular art roundups again.

brut should be careful stealing copyrighted material from bethsoft. those guys are touchy. also, i know nma would be pissed if they (or even a company representing them) took art from here and didn't cite the artists.

We don't own the art posted here and have no right to be upset with anyone using it. We'd support any artist wanting to get his just right, but it's not our copyright, so not directly our business.

That said, using art the way the artists brut posts for do is generally considered ok. They're not defacing BethSoft's arts, they're using it for tribute to Fallout (which I suppose has a certain irony to it). Even Bethesda tends to be ok with that

I freaking love petrovi4's picture.

The cheery outlook on the old-weathered Vault Dweller, the way that Dogmeat looks like he's been through hell and back.. The background, etc. Freaking great. :D

petrovi4 art reminds me F:BoS :)

It reminds me of that shot (which most of you might have already forgotten) with the Vault Dweller on top of a pile of skulls, with ghouls coming all around him.. I think he was holding an AK47, and the color scheme was orange and green with the same type of ruins in the background.

*snip, read post below*
