On the mission from BOS bunker beta, which you meet a pilot of a Hummer who tells you to get it through the blockades, then subsiquently runs away. I can get to the firts gate, but then when I get to the next one, the switch is in a locked room... (the gate next to a guy who offers food for the switch location)... My sniper, Rachel has lockpick107% but no matter how hard i try, she can't open the switch room, HELP!!!

Actually the raider asking for food will tell you the location of the key if you read his dialogue.

The key to that door is in a box on one of the roofs. I think it's on the roof of the first house (there's a bunch of houses connected with each other).
