Polish Fallout fan Locutus, known for the unnoficial Fallout 2 1.03 patch, has now released an unofficial Fallout 1 Ammo Patch.
According to Ausir, from DAC and Sierra Army Depot fame

Locutus is now working on a 1.04 version of his FO2 patch for the UK, US and PL versions, so mail him any bugs that you spotted and haven't been corrected in the 1.03 version yet.</blockquote>

I just wish they release these updated patches for the US version too.

The patch should work if you change the UK exe file to the US (patched) one.
Locutus is working on a 1.04 patch for US, UK and PL versions.
