"Magic Hand Animation" upon using an item to an object

Hello. Sorry in advance if this was covered in another discussion and was answered properly.

I notice the newer version of Sfall (by 'newer', newer than the version that comes along with Steam version of Fallout 2) adds this one feature which is playing those "Magic Hand Animation" when the players using an item to another object.

I simply don't like this feature, and want to disable it, but I can't seem to find it how.

I have installed Sfall from Restoration Project Updated, and it says it's version 4.3.0.1.

Digging through the changelog of Sfall has revealed that it was a feature that was added in version 4.3 of Sfall.
>Added a tweak to play the 'magic hands' animation when using an item on an object. This also prevents a few issues with scripted animations not playing

However, despite it being labeled as a 'tweak', I can't seem to find an option to change this.

This isn't the worst inconvenience I've seen in Fallout, but it still is annoying. Tempted to install an older version of Sfall just so that I don't have to deal with that nonsense.
