Just an idea fabriated durring the endless ebb of Math class.
Somebody gets their hands on a satilite uplink to a kind of military satilite that contributed to the Earth's untimely demise. The satilites are a remote Neutron Bomb launcher with a payload of 5 neutron bombs. But what really makes it devistating is that it shoots each missle at a speed of Mach 7 by the use of the same magnetic field found in the gauss gun. This speed makes it invisible to radar and imposible to shoot down.
This 'somebody' also has a heavy grudge with the NCR... God help us all.
