I was bored. And had both Mega Man and Fallout on my mind. So I figured I could combine the two...

Its not the greatest, but I still like it.

You should all help me come up with what his power is called. You know, like, Snakeman has "Search Snake." And Cutman has "Rolling Cutter."

/me still finds it weird to call someone at a forum "alec", when one of his best friends' called "alek".

What's with the hair? Makes him look like a Mad-Max/Mega-Man/Cloud Strife mix.

Generally, the face seems rather misproportioned (even for anime). The bottom half of the character is smaller that the top half. The curves on various parts of the gun don't match up either. Not to mention he's cross-eyed.

Wooz, you could 'strategically eliminate' one of them.

Yeah, like I said Im not very good at drawing. But I tried. I was really bored, haha.

I agree with everything you put there. I couldnt do the face very well, and when I noticed it was a bit fudged to where I could fix it, I had already inked it.

The hair I tried to do like Mega Man's with his helmet off, but I kind of failed. Oh well.

Need to work on proportions! I mostly just liked the idea of combining the two and did my best to do it. In my mind, he looked a lot cooler, haha.

Just keep working on it, you will improve with practice. After all, you are just doing this for fun, it's not a career.

Try looking at photographs, to get a sense of proportions. Clip pictures from magazines and try copying the postures, concentrating on the proportions. That being said, if you are trying for a more stylized form of drawing, like art, you don't have to focus too hard on being perfectly realistic.
