miniquest : spy kid in the followers of the Apoc.

The ghoul from vault 13 in the basement tells a lot of stuff about mutants, cathedral and stuff. And also if you promise him to kill the lieutenant, he gives a flame thrower. But after you ask him if he is spying on the Followers, he tells you about a spy kid among the followers.

Now, there are no kids at all, I tried to sneak around with robes on at night, and nobody is talking. And there is also no such quest in every walkthrough I checked till now. Suggestions?

Bullshit! Those dialogue lines from the ghoul in the basement are the remains of a quest that was never implemented. So: there is no spy to be found.

The scripts of boneyard are far undone indeed, if you try to talk to Zimmer, Razor gets killed without any warning. If you talk to guns runners, but don't take the quest to kill mother deathclaw, razor acts as if you finished that quests and let the guns runners move to another place.
Sucks! if people don't respect their work, to let it meet the fans unfinished!
But thanks to Blade runner, because I examined everyone, and was looking really forward to solve the quest I never solved before.
But funny thing thing is that "to kill mother deathclaw" quest and the "revenge Zimmers assassination" quest never appeared in pipboy, while only "help to repair the hydro farms" quest and "find the spy kid" quest indeed appeared.
